Anyone who doesn’t know what I do would find it really strange, if not a little concerning, that I read an awful lot about feet. I suppose it is as a consequence of being a reflexologist who does a lot of research, that I now get many, many articles directed to me one way or another about all things foot related. Sometimes I share them on my own Facebook page if they seem to be of wider interest, but sometimes I just end up storing them for ‘future release’. I have built up quite a collection and now have a whole bunch of interesting, useful or just plain odd items that have caught my attention. I thought it might be a fun to gather them together every once in a while and share them here, and to try to do that when they are topical and relevant. So here goes:

As nail salons reopen , here and here are summer 2020’s nail color trends. A gentle reminder – no polish is best for good nail health, the toes especially benefit from sun exposure which can help prevent fungus from developing.

An Australian reflexologist has been treating a koala with a broken limb. It is winter in Australia now and slippers are having a moment – possibly due to the need for comfort during these strange times. Perhaps we will see the same phenomenon here in a few months time?
